All of people in the word need education because with high education or high knowledge they can be success, like become doctor, judge, manager, teacher and others. All of them are important person and teacher is the important one because he/she has big sensibleness for us, when we were child the first knowledge that we got was from our parent and our teacher, the teacher teach us how to write, read, count, and others, we can know everything because of teacher so teacher is our hero. But we can call he/she a good teacher if he/she has many qualities like;

The first is the teacher has ability to explain clearly, which explain clearly and detaily of course the student understand about what the teacher said and it can make the student spirit to study heard about the lesson, some teacher has high knowledge but they have difficulty in explaining subject, it is very big problem because we know that they very cleaver but they can not explain to us what we want to know, so if we want become a good teacher the firstly is we should have ability to explain clearly .

The second is the teacher has knowledge of subject, if the teacher has knowledge of subject of course he/she can give the subject to the student totally, his/her explanation is focus about the subject that she/he teach (not out of topic of the subject ).

The last qualities of a good teacher is the teacher cares about students, the teacher also should make good interaction to the student, interaction here means he/she not only know the students’ name but also know about what the students’ need in the class or sometime know about what the students’ problem about the subject, if the teacher can do it absolutely the students feel enjoy when they study at class, and than the teacher also should make good condition in the class in order to the student do not feel boring.

Became a good teacher is not easy so, we must try to do the example of the quality of good teacher there. and I hope in the next future we can become good teacher amien…….

In every New Year there are many best moments, and celebrate new year is one of it so that many people celebrate it with different ways, it happens in every place all over the word.

The first way, some of people celebrate it with party, they going together with their family to picnic, like come to the mount, beach, tourism place and others, because in new year all of factories and schools are holiday even it state or privet, they feel happy and they don’t want to leave this occasion, so they enjoy it. Other way usually is done by the teenager they take a walk with their friends or their couple to look for a special place for dinner, watching movie and of course enjoy the fire works which they have waited for a long time.

Second way, some people do reflection in new year because in this new year they will be better than last year, so they do many thing like they make new schedule for their activity, with new schedule they can control their activity, they can manage their time so they can be success, other way they reflection to their God like pray together in mosque and others.

The last way they welcoming new year with not do something seriously like they are only stay at home , they just watching television, playing game, reading novel and others, because they feel it better than out side home. in new year eve usually smoothly, crowded and running.

So there are many ways to celebrate New Year and you can choose which one is nice for you. HAPPY NEW YEAR guys………..!!

Ts: Broken heart can give bad effect for young generation in this era.

Unisma is one of the big university at malang, and unisma also the large university that has many builds, if you come to this university from the gate that on the left one, you will find a center office in front of you, center office is the place that stayed by all of lecture when they will discuses about something important, and others, and the doctor department build is behind the center office. It use to FIA department, and park also, to right of doctor department build is economic department build, and in the middle of the university is canteen, the engineering practice build is directly in front of canteen, next to it is education department build like English department, mathematic department, and B.indo department. On the right of it is a center library of university, and still many others builds, unisma university also has a mosque, the place is in front of the gate that on the behind one. So unisma university has complete builds.

• Organizing ideas by time and space

Dr. Harry Alden, the director of the center for English Language Programs at university of Pennsylvania. He had a very busy schedule yesterday. First he should read applicant’s resumes from 09.00 to 11.00. the applicant’s resumes were pile up so he must do this duty as fast as possible because many applicants were waiting for the Dr. Harry’s answer of their applicant’s and than, he has a meeting with the dean at 11.00 to 12.00 because he would give the result of development and decline of English department students at the university of Pennsylvania, next Dr. Harry Alden, should lunch with Dr. Davis at 12.00 to 13.00, the man is one of Dr. Harry’s business partner in other university after that, he came back to his university because he would interview the applicants from 13.00 to 14.00, the last Dr. Harry must observe classes to know how the condition of classes whether it is batter than before or not. so Dr. Harry Alden is a business man that has many busy schedule in every year.

We care to him, we needs more care than usually to him, like we know his activity, his favorite and his hobby, the next we are friendly to him, if he has problem, we can become his best friend , we give suggestion to him and sometimes give him the solution, it is make the boy fell comfortable every near us, we are love to him, whatever he is, we still love him, even he is handsome or ugly, even he is rice or poor, etc, and the last we are loyal to him, maybe the boy is far from our place we still loyal to him, or maybe the boy are working in other town , we still waiting him and we are not dishonest to other boys, in the and we will get a good partner if we can do this strategies.

THE BAD EFFECT OF COME LATE

The bad effect of come late is unpleasant.the lecture will be angry to the students who come late and the lecture also gives punishment to the students,because of coming late the student will get absent even thought they come in to the class,and than they will lost some lesson that day,so do not be late and try to be more discipline cey............!!
